Our Bodacious Brew
We have partnered with a small batch roaster in Houston’s East End, Keith Adkins, from Cruiser Coffee Roasters to create a medium-roast blend featuring Central American, South American and East African coffee beans.
It boasts notes of chocolate with a slight fruit aftertaste.
After receiving the roasted beans, we at StarHill Farms then freshly grind the coffee for each individual guest to enjoy during their stay.

We named the coffee Bodacious Brew after our first bull, Bodacious, who was bold, potent and prolific.
