Visitors love staying at StarHill Farm’s private cabins. The scenic, intimate atmosphere encourages a connection with nature and loved ones. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible while giving you the freedom to enjoy the ranch on your own. If you need any special arrangements to facilitate your stay please let us know!
Check In: Check In is after 3pm and Check Out is before 12 pm.
Minimum Stay: We prefer you stay with us a minimum of two nights however we understand that is not always possible. We offer discounted rates for multiple night stays except during Round Top Antiques Fair and some holidays.
Cancellations: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to your arrival will receive a refund. For those cancellations within 30 days we will refund your deposit if we are able to find a replacement for your stay minus a $50 processing fee.
Payments: To secure your reservations, a deposit of 50% of your total lodging bill including tax is due at the time of making your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept most major credit cards. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time of making the reservation. Total prices will include 6% Texas State Room Tax.
Pets: Pets are generally not allowed in our cabins and house. However with prior arrangements and an extra charge it is an option.
No Smoking: We do not allow smoking in our cabins and house. If you choose to smoke outside please be mindful of fires and properly disposing of your smoking materials.
Damages: Any damages done to any of our property(s) by a guest or persons visiting or staying with a guest will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservations and by your confirmation of this receipt from StarHill Farms, you agree to make restitution for such damage.
